Unacceptable, they can't rent out a property like this. Scammers Positive: No thing Negative: The house is like abandoned house from outside to inside. As soon as we walk in, a strong mouldy smell which made people feel sick. Everything in the house is dirty from kitchen to the floor to outside BBQ. There were NO lock of back doors to outside garden which made it very unsafe. Garbage was everywhere outside as they were renovating. We couldn't understand why this kind of property is listed for rent. It was unliveable. We walked out after 1 hours of inspection. Then made multiple phone calls to owner who didn't answer after 3 hours.
