Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to bookings made directly through our website with Gisborne Peak Wines (ABN 31 694 871 862), 69 Short Road, Gisborne VIC 3437, Australia.

1. Bookings and payment

Full payment is taken at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.

2. Cancellations

- Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival receive a 100% refund.

- Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before arrival receive a 50% refund.

- Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, and no-shows, are non-refundable.

- Early departures are not refunded.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Self check-in details, including your lock box access code, are sent on the day of arrival. Please return the key to the lock box when you leave.

4. Guests

Only the number of guests stated in the booking may stay. The person making the booking must be 18 or over and is responsible for all guests.

5. House rules

- No smoking inside the accommodation.

- No parties or events.

- No pets.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

- Please stay on the paths and do not enter the vine rows.

- Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the dam.

- Tap water is not for drinking. Bottled water is provided.

6. Wine and extras

Wines provided in the accommodation are charged only if opened, at the prices advised before your stay. Any special arrangements, such as flowers or cakes, are charged as agreed with you in advance.

7. Damage and cleaning

Please treat the property with care. We may charge for damage, missing items, or cleaning beyond normal use, and will contact you before doing so.

8. Liability

Guests use the property and grounds at their own risk, to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings.

9. Changes and unforeseen events

If we are unable to provide your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
